Senior Gen AI Engineer

What does the job look like?

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will:

• Design and Develop AI Systems: Collaborate with AI translators and Cloud Architects to design and develop AI systems based on customer requirements. Utilize Python, JavaScript, and cloud resources, with a preference for Microsoft Azure.
• Data Management: Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to gather and preprocess data, performing feature engineering to prepare data for AI models, particularly for generative AI processes.
• MLOps Implementation: Adopt best MLOps practices by setting up CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying code. Evaluate, deploy, and monitor AI models, including GPT-based systems, ensuring continuous improvement and rigorous testing.
• Develop Knowledge Assistants: Create and enhance knowledge assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Azure Open AI, leveraging your expertise in natural language understanding (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning.
• Use Advanced AI Techniques: Apply advanced techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector-based search. Work with Large Language Model (LLM) agents, applying methodologies like ReAct to enhance AI capabilities.
• Ensure Security and Ethics: Prioritize security, privacy, and ethics in all AI solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.

You should be able to work independently with these technologies and apply your technical knowledge in a consultancy role, working with various clients to deliver impactful AI solutions.
