What does the role involve?

• Strategic AI Development: Work hand in hand with our clients to forge an AI strategy that perfectly aligns with their business mission and goals.
• Innovation Centers: Take the lead in setting up Centers of Excellence that serve as a breeding ground for AI innovation and development.
• AI Governance: Contribute to the development of a solid AI governance structure, integrating both risk management and ethical aspects.
• Teamwork and Stakeholder Management: Work in concert with diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure a streamlined and coherent execution of AI strategies, aligning all parties with the overarching vision and goals.

Who are we looking for?

• A strategic thinker with >5 years of experience in management consultancy.
• Excellent communication skills and the talent to translate complex ideas into strategic business initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI and GenAI is a plus.
• Experience with project management and leadership in a technological environment.
• Language Proficiency: We are specifically seeking a native Dutch speaker who is also very fluent in English to enhance our team’s communication and outreach.
